In this group program you can expect to learn how to stack your body to find your central point of balance, understand what to engage in order to stay inverted, be exposed to drills that will help you find your float, and build strength and stability for your handstands and strict pressing.

Hold Your Handstand will involve programming, as well as individualized coaching and feedback, to ensure that you actually make progress!
