Train Your T2B will help you clean up your kip swing, build straight-arm strength, and forge an iron core so that you can knock out your sets of toes to bar and develop movement proficiency for all gymnastic skills on the bar. This program will help you develop a strong foundation so that you can then go on to tackle higher skilled movements like bar muscle ups.

Train Your Toes to Bar includes two 30-minute workouts per week with critical mini-lessons, delivered in a video format, to help you move better and understand the why behind it. You will receive personalized coaching videos that will help you transform your T2B form and unlock bigger sets.

The program includes app access where you will get your programming, mini-lesson videos, submit movement videos, receive analysis & feedback, and communicate with the group.
