- Static Holds will help you develop command of over the important isometric positions of the strict pull up.
- Negatives will help you build strength by spending time under tension, and encouraging your body to create the force needed to pull yourself above the bar
- Assorted Drills This program will approach the pull up in a varied way to promote maximum strength adaptation
- Progressions will help you break the pull up down into distinct parts so that you can master each one. Understanding and building strength in each part makes a stronger whole.
In addition to great programming, you will also get educational videos on;
- How best to scale the strict pull up (hint: it's not a band), and how to set up for your static holds and negatives
- How to grip the bar for maximal power output
- Where your body should be in space and what should be engaged in each part of the pull up so you can create the most efficient path for your pull
This program is designed fit into your schedule! You can choose to approach it as six shorter sessions to bookend your class WOD's or tackle them as three longer pull up sessions that you can repeat and cycle through as many times as you wish.
